Easy and Accurate Client Records
The right care at the right time, recorded easily

iAwhi takes the guesswork and paper processes out of client care.

Team Leaders can easily define a tailored care plan for their client, and Kaiāwhina can view the plan, notes, associated goals, and swiftly enter information including videos and pictures while they are working with the client. The aim is to capture the journey.

iAwhi helps ensure nothing is missed and that good information is entered and readily available.

Calendar and Goals
Tūmanako

The Calendar feature is designed to help the CareCrew keep track of upcoming appointments and events, and ensure that they can be supportive where needed. All users who have access to the calendar are able to add appointments, as well as assign them to other members of the CareCrew. Assigned users receive a notification reminder of upcoming appointments to ensure that they aren’t missed. The Goals feature provides the primary user of the app the ability to work with their CareCrew to set and achieve goals. For people being cared for, setting goals and aspirations is incredibly important. By using the iAwhi app, they can benefit from the support of their CareCrew, as well as celebrate their successes together

Whānau & Client Platform
Engaging Communities

  • Goals. Clients are able to view their progress against their goals and milestones.

  • Calendar. Clients are able to view their calendar and upcoming appointments.

  • Messaging. Clients are able to send messages to their Support Workers and family directly through the app.

  • Newsfeed. The feed provides an interactive and engaging way for the client’s Whānau and Kaiāwhina to keep up to date with their progress and activities. The client is able to upload photos and videos to the feed, as well as see updates on their progress towards their goals.

Comprehensive Reports and Analytics
Good data in, great information out

iAwhi allows comprehensive reporting on all aspects of the client.

Manually compiled reports can be done quicker and easier meaning less time on administrative tasks and more time working with clients and whānau.

We can identify trends or barriers to client progress, mitigate risk by monitoring and reviewing adverse events, extrapolate data to produce reports.

These reports can inform Funders, Regional Managers, Boards, and Whānau (Families).

This can inform performance management, organisational decision making, financial analysis, service delivery, contractual compliance.
